Digital Media Account Manager (operative Beratung) (m/w/d)
As a Digital Media Account Manager (operative Beratung) at WPP Media, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and continuously optimizing paid search engine advertising campaigns. This role involves managing campaigns across various digital channels, including DV360, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and TheTradeDesk. You will work closely with clients, agency brands, and client advisors to ensure optimal service delivery.
Key responsibilities include full campaign management from setup to reporting, direct client engagement to foster strong relationships, and actively driving the expansion of the client portfolio by identifying growth opportunities. You will collaborate with the Strategy and Growth departments to develop forward-thinking concepts and strategies, participate in pricing decisions to maintain competitiveness, and take on project responsibilities such as newsletters, brand safety measures, and partnership maintenance.
The ideal candidate brings solid experience in campaign management and performance marketing, with proficiency in platforms like DV360, Meta, or TheTradeDesk. Strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting complex data and providing actionable recommendations. A high degree of initiative, the ability to work independently while being client-focused, and excellent communication skills in both German and English are required. A collaborative team spirit and enthusiasm for embracing new trends are also important.
WPP Media offers a starting gross annual salary of €39,200 (based on a 38.5-hour workweek), with a willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
