AlphaSense is seeking a Director of Account Management to lead a team of approximately 8–10 Account Managers. This role is pivotal in driving customer renewals, expanding relationships, and collaborating closely with the Customer Success team to deliver long-term value to clients. The position reports to the Vice President of Account Management and is open to remote candidates, with a preference for those in New York City or the Eastern Time Zone.
