The Director of AI Transformation at Human Agency is a pivotal role responsible for leading end-to-end AI transformation projects for clients. In this role, the Director will oversee AI transformation projects from discovery through delivery, serving as the primary client relationship owner and being ultimately accountable for outcomes. They will develop transformation roadmaps grounded in a client's actual constraints and stay involved in the work long enough to see them implemented. Additionally, the Director will identify high-value AI use cases, prototype solutions, and shepherd them from concept to something clients can actually use, often building hands-on alongside the client's internal team. Effective communication of complex AI concepts to various stakeholders, including boards, C-suites, and frontline operators, is also a key responsibility.
Candidates should have experience leading AI transformation projects, with a proven track record in both strategy development and execution. A strong background in AI, product development, and client engagement is essential. The ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear communication for diverse audiences is crucial. Experience in business development and contributing to the growth of AI practices within an organization is also beneficial.
