Director, Associate General Counsel, Sales & Growth (Advertising Technology)

Tubi is seeking a Director, Associate General Counsel to join its expanding legal team. This role involves structuring, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements supporting Tubi's Ad Sales and Growth business units, including insertion orders, measurement agreements, programmatic partnership agreements, data use agreements, and other commercial and technology agreements. The position offers an opportunity to collaborate with legal colleagues and cross-functional teams, directly impacting Tubi's streaming service as it continues to grow and scale. The legal department comprises seven teams supporting the company's business and legal operations, fostering a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
