The Director of B2B Data Strategy & Revenue Analytics at Wpromote is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end measurement of marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of tracking mechanisms, marketing operations, CRM systems, and analytics to ensure accurate data capture and integration across all platforms. The director will work closely with various teams to maintain data integrity and provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Key responsibilities include defining and maintaining tracking strategies across web, media, marketing automation, and CRM systems. The director will lead the implementation and quality assurance of tagging, event tracking, dataLayer requirements, UTM governance, and campaign taxonomy. Collaboration with channel, web, marketing operations, sales operations, and data teams is essential to ensure accurate data capture and seamless flow into downstream systems. Additionally, the role involves validating that campaign data is structured correctly from the outset and remains consistent across all platforms.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing measurement, data strategy, and analytics within a B2B context. Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics, as well as marketing automation platforms like Marketo or Pardot, is required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies are essential. Experience with web analytics tools and a solid understanding of data privacy regulations are also important.
