Additionally, the director serves as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, fostering long-term strategic relationships to support account expansion and retention.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree (MS, PhD, or MBA) preferred. A minimum of five years of combined experience in data management, life sciences, technology, or business development within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, contract research organizations (CROs), or life sciences services sectors is required. Proven success in selling biometrics services, including biostatistics, statistical programming, data management, and analytics, is essential. Strong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary, along with an existing network within biotech and pharmaceutical biometrics organizations.
