Director, Business Development, Group 5 Mission Autonomy

The Director of Business Development for Group 5 Mission Autonomy at Anduril Industries will lead efforts to identify, shape, and capture new opportunities within the Air Dominance and Strike Division. This role focuses on advancing autonomous systems, including collaborative combat aircraft and mission autonomy software, to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic initiatives to grow the division, maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, and analyzing customer bases to inform capture strategies and revenue forecasts. The director will coordinate across internal teams, including engineering, program management, government relations, and marketing, to ensure products meet client expectations and mission demands.

Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the defense sector, particularly with the Department of Defense and government acquisition processes. Experience with U.S. Air Force program offices and a strong understanding of their requirements and operational needs are essential. Excellent communication skills, the ability to establish relationships with senior officials, and an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance are required.
