Director, Capital Markets

RUM Group Inc. is seeking a Director of Capital Markets to lead the development and execution of the company's capital markets strategy. This senior finance leadership role involves overseeing debt financing, liquidity management, capital structure planning, and financial risk management. The Director will collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Corporate Development, and executive leadership to ensure efficient access to capital and a disciplined approach to financing and capital allocation.
