Director, Clinical Data Management
Structure Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Clinical Data Management to lead and oversee data management activities within our clinical development programs. This role involves strategic planning and operational execution to ensure the integrity and quality of clinical data across multiple studies. The Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support our mission of developing life-changing medicines for patients.
Key responsibilities include leading data managers in planning, implementing, and managing Clinical Data Management (CDM) activities for assigned clinical programs and studies. This encompasses database and technology selection, vendor management, data collection, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. The Director will also coordinate with CDM partner CROs to establish AI-enabled systems for automated data review and cleaning.
The ideal candidate will possess a BS/MS in Life Sciences, Informatics, Computer Sciences, or related fields, along with over 10 years of clinical data management experience in pharmaceutical or CRO settings. Experience with complex and international trials is desired, as well as extensive proficiency with various modules on the Medidata Platform. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, with the ability to mentor and develop talent.
Structure Therapeutics offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $210,000 to $275,000, annual performance incentive bonuses, new hire equity, and ongoing performance-based equity.
