As the Director of Commercial Sales at Neo4j, you will lead a team of Account Executives focused on driving growth and revenue within Digital Native and Commercial Accounts across the United States. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the graph database landscape and influence industry innovation.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing customer relationships nationally. You will manage team performance to ensure sales targets are met, build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and navigate complex sales processes and contract negotiations for large deals.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in a management role within Enterprise SaaS sales, with at least three years managing digital native accounts. Experience in selling database products, a proven track record of driving new business, and success in building and scaling large enterprise sales teams are essential. Strong customer-facing skills and proficiency in handling complex contract structures are also required.

Compensation for this role includes an annual on-target earnings range of $340,000 to $400,000 USD. Additional benefits encompass eligibility for a stock option grant, potential annual bonuses, and participation in standard benefit programs such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.
