The Director of Data Strategy (Adobe Analytics) at Wpromote is a pivotal role that bridges data strategy, analytics innovation, and client impact. This position leads the development and evolution of Wpromote's Data Strategy & Analytics services, ensuring streamlined access to high-quality marketing data that drives exceptional client performance. The role also involves collaborating with the Product team to influence the Polaris product roadmap, aiming to automate aspects of Data Strategy & Analytics services.
In this capacity, the director serves as a trusted advisor to senior clients, providing clarity on how data informs media, creative, and customer decisions. Responsibilities include building scalable frameworks, analytics products, and data pipelines in partnership with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Client Services. The role combines high-level client engagement and business strategy with technical expertise in data collection, advanced analytics, measurement, and automation.
Candidates should have over six years of experience in digital media and marketing, with a strong background in media data. Proficiency in Adobe Analytics is essential, along with experience in statistical concepts and marketing analytics, including Media Mix Modeling, Multi-Touch Attribution, and Incrementality Testing. The role requires the ability to collaborate with technical teams to define requirements for building data models and analytics for digital marketing, as well as strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
Compensation for this role includes an annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $175,000, based on factors such as skill set, experience, education, and market dynamics.
