The Director of Global Employment Tax and Compliance at ServiceNow is a pivotal member of the Global Payroll Team, responsible for overseeing all external and internal employment tax reporting requirements across the company's global legal entities. This role is based in Dublin, Ireland, and requires close collaboration with various functional teams within the organization to ensure compliance and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include serving as the subject matter expert on global employment tax matters, advising the Global Payroll function on employment tax-related issues, and ensuring accurate payroll tax withholding and compliance. The role involves effective collaboration with departments such as Payroll, Global Mobility, HR, Compensation & Benefits, Legal, Accounting, FP&A, and business units on matters including employee benefits, stock-based compensation, global assignments, international transfers, remote working programs, employee expenses, and contingent worker arrangements. Additionally, the director will proactively advise the business on employment tax issues, manage international employment tax audits, liaise with foreign tax authorities, and keep senior stakeholders informed about new legislation relevant to employment taxes.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, tax, or business administration, along with over 10 years of experience in employment tax, including international payroll taxes. Experience working in a global technology company or with a global technology client is preferred. The candidate should have experience managing payrolls for organizations with over 5,000 employees, including international payrolls, and possess expertise in employment tax audits and global compliance. Proficiency in SAP, BlackLine, Microsoft Power BI, and Alteryx is advantageous. Strong project management skills, self-motivation, and excellent collaboration and communication skills are essential for effectively dealing with senior management and cross-functional teams.
