Director, IT Service Delivery and Enterprise Applications

Relay Therapeutics is seeking a Director of IT Service Delivery and Enterprise Applications to oversee daily IT support operations and lead technology initiatives across General and Administrative (G&A) functions, including Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, Operations, and Facilities. This hands-on leadership role reports directly to the Head of IT and is pivotal in ensuring a positive employee IT experience while managing technical aspects of support operations. The director will collaborate with IT Operations, vendors, and internal business partners to deliver effective solutions across G&A teams.
