This role involves providing strategic legal guidance on complex workplace matters across multiple jurisdictions in the Asia-Pacific region. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leaders, HR, and business stakeholders to navigate employee relations, investigations, workforce transformations, labor relations, litigation, compliance, and employment risk management.
