Director, Learning & Development
The Director of Learning & Development at Legend Biotech is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global learning strategy that aligns with the company's long-term business objectives. This role is integral to building organizational capability and fostering a culture of continuous learning across all levels of the organization. The Director will lead a high-performing team within the Human Resources department, collaborating closely with senior leadership to ensure learning initiatives support corporate goals and enhance business performance.
Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and continuously improving global and regional learning programs. The Director will oversee the planning and delivery of corporate learning initiatives, establish governance and quality standards, and develop evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness. Additionally, the role involves leading enterprise leadership development strategies for managers, high-potential employees, successors, and executives, while integrating learning and development programs with succession planning, performance management, and capability frameworks.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, with a master's degree preferred, and have 8 to 12 years of leadership experience in human resources or learning and development. Certifications such as DiSC, MBTI, Hogan, or coaching credentials are advantageous. Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and leadership development is essential, along with strong executive communication and facilitation skills. Experience leading global initiatives and teams, as well as high proficiency in learning management systems and digital learning technologies, is also required.
Legend Biotech offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary range of $193,629 to $254,137 annually. Additional performance-based bonuses and equity options are available for eligible roles.
