Culture Amp is seeking a Director, Legal to join our Legal team, reporting to our General Counsel. This senior, hands-on role encompasses complex global deals, product collaboration, and mentoring a talented legal team. The position offers an opportunity to operate with real breadth, working across commercial deals globally, partnering closely with Sales and Product, and shaping the legal capability of the team. The role is based in Melbourne, Australia, with a flexible work arrangement that includes in-person collaboration at the local Culture Amp office an average of two days a week.
