The Director of Case Operations, Complex Litigation at Morgan & Morgan is a senior leadership role responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the operational infrastructure that supports the firm's complex litigation portfolio. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Counsel, this position plays a pivotal role in shaping long-term strategy, implementing scalable systems, and leading a high-performing team to ensure efficient management of large-scale litigation campaigns.

Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end operational execution for extensive litigation initiatives, such as client outreach, claims intake, and evidence review. The Director will develop and implement scalable processes to manage large, dispersed client populations effectively. Additionally, the role involves leading cross-functional planning with attorneys, technology teams, and operations professionals to align legal strategy with operational execution.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, with a Juris Doctor (JD) preferred, and have over five years of relevant experience in legal operations, consulting, large-scale program management, analytics, or related leadership roles. Essential skills include exceptional analytical capabilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with CRM systems and enterprise data platforms, and a proven ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders. Prior experience managing operational teams within a law firm or similar professional services environment is strongly preferred.
