The Director of Client Operations at Wellhub is a pivotal role within the Business Transformation team, based in São Paulo. Key responsibilities include leading Brazil operations to maintain high performance in support and operational quality, proactively identifying and resolving complex operational issues, and anticipating risks for strategic clients. The role also involves aligning priorities between internal teams and clients, transforming client interactions into opportunities for improvement, and promoting client insights across the organization to enhance products and processes. Additionally, the Director balances individual client requests with Wellhub's strategic vision and business goals, ensures consistent delivery of operational results, and develops a high-performing support team.

Candidates must possess advanced English proficiency for daily interaction with global stakeholders and have prior experience in operations, customer support, or customer quality, preferably in B2B or technology environments. Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and propose structured solutions are essential, along with proven abilities in stakeholder management and building trust with executives, clients, and cross-functional teams. Leadership experience in team management and operational performance oversight is required, as well as the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills are also necessary.
