Director of Engineering

Atlas HXM is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our development team in building innovative, cloud-native B2B SaaS solutions. As a global Employer-of-Record (EOR) provider, we enable companies to manage talent across borders by offering essential HR and compliance infrastructure. Our mission is to simplify global expansion and deliver a human experience in talent management.

In this role, you will provide technical leadership and direction, overseeing the development of scalable and resilient applications. Your responsibilities include collaborating with product owners to refine requirements, leading a high-performing team of developers, and ensuring adherence to company standards and policies. You will also coordinate proof-of-concept initiatives, identify integration solutions, and drive the long-term development vision for our multi-cloud SaaS delivery platform.

The ideal candidate holds a BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and possesses over 8 years of hands-on development experience with technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, C#, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. A minimum of 4 years in management roles leading global technical development teams is required. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and experience operating in an Agile environment are essential.
