ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Director of Growth (Partnerships & Organic) to join our team for a role to work remotely based in Canada.
You will lead a high-impact team responsible for our most sustainable growth engines: Affiliates, Partnerships, and our Organic ecosystem (SEO, GEO, ASO, and CRO). This is a strategic leadership role for someone who views organic growth not just as "traffic," but as a sophisticated, interconnected system of authority-building, AI discoverability, intent capture, and conversion optimization that compounds over time.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- You'll be architecting the roadmap for our Partnership and Organic channels, ensuring they work in a unified feedback loop to drive efficient, high-LTV user acquisition.
