The Director of Sales & Partnerships at Element34 will lead the development and execution of outbound sales strategies to drive new revenue and expand the company's presence in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, and the Public Sector. This role involves building a repeatable sales motion, converting leads into long-term customers, and collaborating closely with marketing to scale inbound channels through content, events, and targeted campaigns.
Key responsibilities include building and executing targeted outbound strategies focused on priority customer profiles within regulated industries, leveraging CRM systems to manage lead lists and pipeline tracking, and attending industry events to capture new leads and partnership opportunities. The role also involves leading the full sales cycle from qualification through negotiation and close, identifying upsell opportunities, coordinating with technical and leadership teams on solutions and pricing, and managing enterprise procurement processes and contract negotiations. Additionally, the Director will identify, recruit, and activate channel partners, manage existing reseller partnerships, and collaborate on co-marketing and joint pursuit efforts.
The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with measurable quota attainment, proven success in outbound prospecting and closing new enterprise accounts, and experience selling DevOps, QA automation, infrastructure, or security solutions. Hands-on familiarity with tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to operate independently in a global remote team. Preferred qualifications include channel or partner-management experience, familiarity with Selenium, Playwright, or broader QA/DevOps ecosystems, and experience engaging regulated industries or public-sector accounts.
The expected base salary for this position is between $120,000 and $130,000 USD per year, with an on-target earnings (OTE) of $195,000 per annum. Compensation is based on factors including market conditions, location, and job-related skills and experience.
