Director, Operations
The Client Director at SPS-North America is responsible for overseeing the operational and financial health of highly visible clients. This role serves as the primary liaison between SPS and influential clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. The Client Director reports directly to the Managing Vice President or equivalent leadership, playing a pivotal role in the company's client management strategy.
Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining accountability with organizational leaders, nurturing strong relationships with sales and other teams to identify new business opportunities, and interfacing with SPS executive leadership on key decisions. The Client Director is also tasked with resolving client and site management issues, coaching and mentoring subordinate leaders, standardizing policies and procedures, and overseeing special projects specific to client operations.
Candidates should possess a background in managing large teams, with a proven ability to thrive in high-growth environments. A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, along with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in high-level relationship building and operational management. Previous multi-site management experience is highly desirable, as the position may oversee organizations of 100+ employees across multiple locations. Strong skills in P&L management, finance, budgeting, and customer metrics are essential.
