Director, Organizational Safety

Aurora Innovation is seeking a Director of Organizational Safety to lead the continuous improvement and scaling of its Enterprise Safety Management System (SMS). Reporting directly to the Chief Safety Officer, this role is integral to Aurora's safety leadership team, ensuring that safety is deeply embedded in the company's culture and business processes. The Director will oversee the development and maintenance of Aurora's Safety Culture, implement safety assurance protocols, and manage safety risk governance through the Safety Review Board.
