The Director of Partner Engagement for the United Kingdom and Ireland (UKI) at Celonis is a pivotal role within the company's Partner Management function. In this role, the Director will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive GTM plan, managing joint pipelines, and overseeing day-to-day activities with cloud and AI partners in the UKI and Middle East and Africa (MEA) regions. Key responsibilities include developing and nurturing senior-level relationships with partners, particularly within Microsoft and AWS, to expand into new strategic areas such as business units, service lines, and industry verticals. The Director will also be tasked with articulating Celonis' value proposition to partners at all levels, organizing and executing events to drive pipeline and opportunities, and facilitating technical and sales enablement for partners by coordinating global ecosystem resources.

Candidates for this position should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in partner management, sales, or business development, ideally with Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud, or their partners. A strong network within cloud partners, particularly Microsoft and AWS, is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to develop holistic strategies and execute operational tasks to grow partnerships, possess a strong sales mindset with consultative selling abilities, and exhibit a team-oriented and entrepreneurial approach to building relationships.
