Director, Partner Success

Metropolis is seeking a Director of Partner Success to manage a portfolio of strategic partners, serving as their primary advocate and operational champion across product, data, operations, and finance. This role reports directly to the VP of Partner Success and focuses on driving measurable value and retention for key partners, moving beyond traditional sales-focused responsibilities. By translating partner objectives into actionable cross-functional initiatives, delivering high-quality reporting, and building durable executive-level trust, the Director will ensure consistent performance and unlock organic growth opportunities across the portfolio.
