Structure Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Pharmacometrics to join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to support the discovery, preclinical, and clinical development of our pipeline molecules. The Director will contribute to translational approaches that inform clinical development strategies and define optimal dosing regimens.

Key responsibilities include advancing model-informed drug development across various programs, providing quantitative input on strategy, dose selection, and trial design, and conducting pharmacometric analyses such as population pharmacokinetics and exposure–response modeling. The role also entails developing data visualization tools, overseeing external vendors, and contributing to regulatory submissions and health authority interactions.

Candidates should possess an advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or MS) in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field, along with at least seven years of drug development experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency with pharmacometric and data analysis tools such as NONMEM, R, and others is essential. Strong collaboration, communication, and project execution skills are also required.

The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $225,000 to $290,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional compensation includes an annual performance incentive bonus, new hire equity, and ongoing performance-based equity.
