Director, Research Data Management
Structure Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Clinical Data Management to lead and coordinate data management activities for our clinical programs. This role involves collaborating with Contract Research Organizations (CROs) to implement AI-enabled systems for automated data review and cleaning, ensuring the integrity and quality of our clinical trial data.
The Director will oversee the development, validation, and release of clinical databases, adhering to both Structure Therapeutics and CRO standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include establishing standards for electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs), edit checks, data listings, and reports. Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities for process improvements and leading initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data management activities.
Candidates should possess a BS/MS in Life Sciences, Informatics, Computer Sciences, or related fields, along with over 10 years of clinical data management experience in pharmaceutical companies or CROs. Experience with complex and international trials is desired, as well as extensive proficiency with various modules on the Medidata Platform.
The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $210,000 to $275,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional compensation includes an annual performance incentive bonus, new hire equity, and ongoing performance-based equity.
