The Director of Sales Operations at Conga will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of sales operations across the organization. This role involves close collaboration with Sales leadership, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to drive operational excellence, enhance pipeline performance, and support revenue growth. Conga is a company that unifies commercial operations, aligning pricing, quoting, contracting, rebates, and communications to help teams stay in sync and drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities include overseeing forecasting, territory planning, pipeline analytics, and sales process optimization. The Director will build scalable systems and processes to enable the Sales organization to perform at its highest level. This role also involves driving consistency across processes, ensuring that systems, reporting, and workflows are optimized to support a global Sales organization.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field within a SaaS or technology organization. A strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics is essential. The candidate should possess leadership and influence skills, operational expertise, an analytical mindset, initiative, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
