Director, Silicon Verification

The Director of Silicon Verification at Graphcore will lead the verification team within the Silicon Design organization, ensuring that the RTL delivered by the Logical Design team meets Graphcore's architectural requirements and quality standards. This role involves defining verification strategies across multiple silicon programs and driving execution to deliver high-quality, high-performance AI accelerators.

Key responsibilities include defining the long-term vision and strategy for silicon functional verification, building and leading a globally distributed verification organization, and establishing scalable methodologies and best practices. The Director will oversee verification planning, execution, and sign-off for all RTL blocks and top-level SoCs, as well as direct debugging strategies and integration of verification technologies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive verification leadership experience within CPU, GPU, ASIC, or SoC environments, a deep understanding of modern verification methodologies, and strong capabilities in SystemVerilog, Python, C++, and Linux-based workflows. Strong communication and collaboration skills across global sites are essential.
