The Role
You are a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of data, business strategy, and execution. As Director, Strategic Finance, you will play a critical role in shaping how Fullscript grows by translating complex business drivers into clear insights, investment decisions, and measurable outcomes.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will partner closely with senior leaders across the business. You will help define how we measure success, guide where we invest, and ensure strategy turns into action. If you enjoy working in ambiguity, influencing without authority, and turning analysis into real business impact, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
Own and evolve core business performance metrics and scorecards to track growth and operational health
Lead deep-dive analyses to uncover performance drivers and identify opportunities for value creation
Build investment-grade business cases, including scenario modeling, risk assessment, and payback analysis
Deliver executive-ready insights with clear recommendations, ownership, and success metrics
Partner closely with senior leaders across Commercial, Product, and Operations to drive strategic decisions
