ABOUT THE ROLE 🤔
As our Director of Supplier Business Development, you’ll play a critical role in growing and managing our supplier base for our B2B diamond marketplace. This is a customer-facing, relationship-led role for a driven, strategic professional who excels in building trusted supplier partnerships both in person and remotely, optimizing supplier performance, and aligning their products with market demand.
You’ll act as a co-pilot and primary point of contact for suppliers - working closely with them from onboarding through sustained success. A key part of this role involves regular face-to-face meetings with existing and prospective suppliers, representing Nivoda locally and ensuring suppliers feel supported, informed, and set up to succeed. Your work will ensure our platform offers the best quality, selection, and value for buyers, creating a dynamic and profitable environment for both suppliers and our business.
