WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Every day is different, but here’s an example of the kind of things you’ll work on:
- Set the news agenda on distressed debt investing, restructurings and bankruptcies
- Deliver and edit proprietary news, trend stories and enterprise stories. Editing duties include reviewing the sourcing, attribution, evaluating stakeholder responses and undertaking other legal checks
- Manage a team of reporters and support their professional development
- Work closely with credit and legal analysts on analytical pieces
- Coordinate and collaborate with other teams on subjects such as private credit, leveraged finance, structured finance
- Work with the 9fin engineering & business team to develop new product features and improve publishing processes
