Distributed Systems Evaluation Engineer

The Distributed Systems Evaluation Engineer will play a critical role in stress-testing networks and simulating Byzantine attacks to ensure robust and resilient communication systems.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing stress tests for network infrastructures, simulating Byzantine attacks to evaluate network security and resilience, collaborating with a cross-functional team to enhance the communication stack, analyzing and reporting findings to improve network protocols and architecture, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions for decentralized communication challenges.

The ideal candidate will have experience with network simulation tools, proficiency in Rust or Go programming languages, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and demonstrated experience in stress-testing networks and security protocols.
