Document Retrieval Specialist (Remote)
The Document Retrieval Specialist at ABC Legal Services is responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents using the company's proprietary online platforms and tools. This role is integral to the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team, collaborating closely to manage projects, address issues, and achieve shared objectives. Key responsibilities include reviewing and filing legal documents through internal systems and email, participating in ongoing training to enhance industry knowledge and processes, investigating discrepancies as they arise, and completing additional assigned projects. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with no prior experience necessary; however, data entry experience is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute are required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately, and a strong desire to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
