Document Specialist (Hybrid)
The Document Specialist at InfoTrack US plays a pivotal role in the Operations Fulfillment team, ensuring the accurate review, dispatch, and fulfillment of legal documents through a national network of contracted professionals. This position is hybrid, based in Petaluma, California, requiring employees to work in the office a minimum of three days per week.
In this role, the Document Specialist is responsible for managing job orders from a diverse customer base, including law firms and legal professionals across the U.S. Key duties include reviewing inbound orders for accuracy, assigning tasks to appropriate servers or contractors to meet service legal agreements, addressing inquiries from both customers and contractors, resolving issues during the filing, delivery, and service of jobs, preparing legal affidavits such as proofs of service for signature and court submission, and ensuring timely order completion for job fulfillment, invoicing, and customer satisfaction.
Candidates should possess 1–2 years of legal or litigation support experience, with a preference for California experience. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multi-task, and a calm demeanor under pressure are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat is required, with experience in Slack and Service Cloud considered a plus. (startup.jobs)
