eDiscovery Analyst, Contracts
AlixPartners is seeking an eDiscovery Analyst to join its Risk Advisory team, focusing on contract management. This role is integral to supporting the firm's eDiscovery practice, which assists clients in managing vast amounts of data for litigation and investigations. The position is based in Dallas, TX, and offers a hybrid work model combining in-person and remote work.
The eDiscovery Analyst will be responsible for developing correspondence, engagement letters, and presentation materials for key client contacts. They will manage third-party vendor relationships, including soliciting bids, drafting statements of work, and overseeing vendor contracting and invoicing. Additionally, the analyst will handle proposal and project estimate requests, prioritize multiple demands, and support data logging, tracking, and audit functions.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field, with 1–2 years of experience in litigation, legal project, or contracts management. Experience with a professional services firm, law firm, or legal department is preferred. The role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is essential.
