eDiscovery Analyst

Kaseya is seeking an eDiscovery Analyst to join its dynamic team in Miami, Florida. In this role, the analyst will collaborate with the Security Operations Center and the Legal Department to manage and process electronic discovery requests.

The eDiscovery Analyst will be responsible for performing data collections in support of internal eDiscovery and Subject Rights Requests, reviewing Data Loss Prevention alerts, and escalating cases to appropriate teams. Additional duties include providing technical support throughout Insider Threat investigations, maintaining accurate chain of custody records, and coordinating with various stakeholders to execute collections in a timely manner.

Candidates should possess an associate's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience. Experience or formal training in eDiscovery, digital forensics, or investigative support within a legal, security, or privacy capacity is required. Preferred qualifications include certifications such as CEDS, Magnet Axiom Certified, or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
