WPP Media is seeking an Owned Social Media Intern to join our dynamic team in Copenhagen. As Denmark's leading media and content agency, we specialize in strategy and media consulting for some of the world's largest brands. Within our creative Content department, the Owned Social team focuses on enhancing clients' organic presence across social media platforms, fostering natural growth and engagement.
In this role, you will be deeply involved in campaign work, from concept development to evaluation. Your responsibilities will include crafting social media posts with guidance from the Owned Social team, encompassing copywriting, content planning, and scheduling. Additionally, you will manage community interactions by responding to messages on clients' social media channels, oversee our internal intern TikTok profile, prepare monthly evaluations for various clients, and learn to navigate platforms such as Brandwatch, Emplifi, and Meta Business Suite. Participation in a Case Competition with fellow interns to solve internal client challenges is also part of the experience.
We are looking for candidates who thrive on structure, are comfortable both in front of and behind the camera, and have a passion for social media with a desire to work professionally in the field. Strong writing skills in both Danish and English, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are essential. The ability to engage in virtual conversations in comment sections, a willingness to take on responsibility, and the flexibility to work with both large and small clients are also important qualities.
The internship period is approximately from August 17 to December 18, 2026, with flexibility to accommodate your studies. The position requires a commitment of 37 hours per week. Please note that this is an unpaid internship; however, we offer a complimentary lunch program. We encourage you to apply promptly, as interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.
