Emerging Talent Lead
The Emerging Talent Lead at Graphcore is responsible for developing and managing the global emerging talent strategy, focusing on graduate, intern, and placement programs. This role involves scaling the existing UK-based program to a global model, establishing clear structures for recognizing, recruiting, and nurturing early career talent across the organization. The position offers an opportunity to shape how emerging talent joins and progresses within Graphcore, a leading innovator in Artificial Intelligence compute.
Key responsibilities include defining and leading the global emerging talent strategy, building and managing partnerships with key universities and research institutions, and developing a consistent global framework for graduate and intern hiring. The role also involves creating assessment frameworks, interview structures, and evaluation criteria aligned with technical and behavioral expectations, ensuring a structured, fair, and scalable selection process across multiple geographies.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading or managing emerging talent or graduate programs, crafting global early talent hiring strategies, and establishing university engagement models. Solid knowledge of international graduate and intern hiring procedures, along with the ability to build assessment frameworks and development programs for early career hiring, is essential. Strong collaboration skills across Talent Acquisition, People, and business leadership, as well as comfort operating in a global environment across multiple regions, are also required.
