Engagement Success Manager, Associate
The Engagement Success Manager, Associate at Axiom Law plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the experience of our legal professionals within the Allied Legal Professionals (ALP) service line. This position is integral to our commercial team, focusing on aligning the skills and aspirations of our legal talent with client needs, thereby ensuring mutual success.
Key responsibilities include overseeing a cohort of approximately 75 legal professionals, guiding them from onboarding through their tenure with Axiom. The role involves identifying suitable talent for client engagements, collaborating closely with sales teams to fulfill client requests, and maintaining high levels of talent utilization. Additionally, the Engagement Success Manager conducts regular check-ins to assess engagement levels and addresses any issues that may arise, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and legal professionals.
Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in a professional services firm, law firm, recruitment agency, or corporate in-house environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to assess candidate skills effectively. The role requires a proactive approach, critical thinking, and the capacity to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Legal or agency recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Axiom offers a competitive compensation package, with an annual base salary ranging from $60,000 to $68,000. Employees are also eligible for a Quarterly Bonus Plan, targeting 34% of the base salary.
