ABOUT THE ROLE:

Help power the development of Replit Agent by leading the Replit Cloud organization. This team builds Replit’s first party cloud infrastructure so users can build, scale, and succeed entirely on Replit. They manage databases, application storage, app publishing and hosting, development/production environment splitting, custom domains, and more. By having a set of first party services that integrate seamlessly, you will power one of Replit’s key product differentiators.

YOU WILL:

- Hire, mentor, and retain a high performance team of technically talented, creative, and driven builders. Build a leadership bench to help scale the team.

- Partner with the AI team to automate software maintenance and optimization for non-technical users.

- Be decisive on team strategy and direction, helping Replit achieve company goals and its long term mission of bringing a billion software creators online.

- Set the pace and drive urgency in delivery, to help us win in a hyper competitive market.
