Engineering Manager
As an Engineering Manager at DiliTrust, you will lead a squad of five full-stack engineers within our R&D department, reporting directly to the Head of Engineering. DiliTrust is a global SaaS provider dedicated to digitizing legal departments worldwide, with an annual growth rate exceeding 40% since 2020. Our ambition is to become the world's leading Legal Tech company, aiming for a valuation exceeding $1 billion by 2026.
In this role, you will be responsible for both the technical quality and the human dimension of your team. Your day-to-day activities will include contributing to architecture decisions, leading code reviews, setting engineering standards, and staying hands-on by dedicating approximately 30% of your time to coding. Additionally, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery process, from scoping and planning to deployment and iteration, while conducting regular one-on-one meetings to provide structured feedback and support each engineer's career development.
The ideal candidate will have over eight years of professional software engineering experience, with a significant portion spent building and operating B2B or B2C SaaS platforms in production. A minimum of three years managing an engineering team or squad in a product-oriented environment is required. Strong proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript and Vue.js, along with a solid background in complex, scalable web architectures and API design, is essential. Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices in production is also necessary.
