Your impact
Mollie is evolving from a payment processor into a full financial services provider, and our infrastructure needs to be as ambitious as our vision. As Engineering Manager for our Edge & Network team in the Platform Engineering domain, you will lead the team responsible for the very entry point of our ecosystem. You’ll own the global traffic management, security, and connectivity that ensure our services are fast, reliable, and secure for hundreds of thousands of merchants.

This isn't just about keeping the lights on; it’s about architecting a world-class platform that enables our product teams to ship with confidence. You’ll drive the technical roadmap for our edge services and service mesh, balancing high-performance engineering with a people-first leadership style.
