English Language Specialist – AI Trainer

The English Language Specialist – AI Trainer role is a contract position within the AI training team at Invisible Agency. In this role, you will engage with advanced language models, evaluating and refining their understanding of English grammar, syntax, morphology, semantics, phonetics, and pragmatics. Your daily tasks will include conversing with the model on various language scenarios, verifying factual accuracy and logical soundness, capturing reproducible error traces, and suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in English language, linguistics, or a closely related field. Experience in peer-reviewed publications, teaching, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects is highly desirable. Clear, metacognitive communication skills are essential for effectively conveying complex linguistic concepts and feedback.

The compensation for this contract position ranges from $8 to $65 per hour, depending on experience, expertise, and geographic location. As a contractor, you are expected to provide a secure computer and high-speed internet connection.
