Enterprise Account Executive (Remote)
Axiom is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on driving significant sales growth by developing partnerships with Fortune 500 clients through innovative solutions and a consultative sales approach. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and enhancing our market presence.
In this position, you will be responsible for originating new business opportunities and closing deals, including generating new logos and converting prospects into loyal clients. You will build durable relationships with clients, inspire trust, and propose innovative solutions to their challenges. Daily interactions with C-level executives will be essential as you consult on their future planning and strategic needs. Collaboration with the broader commercial team is crucial to close and support strategic opportunities, and you will also offer thought leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
The ideal candidate has a background in B2B client service with extensive experience in a consultative sales role, consistently exceeding business goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. A proven track record in business development initiatives and generating new logos is essential. You should be comfortable working as a senior individual contributor, managing multiple complex deals across various clients and stages. Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and expert judgment and decision-making abilities are required. High-impact communication skills, proficiency in presenting to executive-level stakeholders, and familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems are also necessary. Legal eligibility to work in the United States is required.
Axiom offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual base salary range of $80,000 to $130,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our Quarterly Bonus Plan, which targets 65% of your base salary for a Manager or Senior Manager level role in our Commercial business unit.
