Enterprise Account Executive (Remote)
Axiom is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 clients, providing innovative legal solutions that redefine the traditional legal industry landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for originating new business opportunities and closing deals, focusing on both new client acquisition and expanding relationships with existing clients. Your day-to-day activities will include building and maintaining durable client relationships, consulting with C-level executives to plan for their future legal needs, and collaborating with the broader commercial team to support strategic opportunities. Additionally, you will provide thought leadership to clients and mentor junior team members within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B client service, with extensive experience in consultative sales roles where they have consistently exceeded business goals. A proven track record in business development initiatives and generating new client logos is essential. Candidates should be comfortable working as senior individual contributors, managing multiple complex deals across various clients and stages. High-impact communication skills, proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce, and a relentless service orientation are also key qualifications for this role.
Axiom offers a competitive compensation package, with an annual base salary ranging from $80,000 to $130,000, depending on experience. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in our Quarterly Bonus Plan, which targets 65% of the base salary for Manager or Senior Manager level roles within our Commercial business unit.
