ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to lead Synthflow’s U.S. enterprise expansion. You’ll be responsible for driving strategic new business, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value partnerships across key industries.
You’ll work directly with C-level executives, innovation teams, and operations leaders to demonstrate how Synthflow’s AI platform can transform their business. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic thinking, consultative selling, and the opportunity to influence how we scale in the U.S. market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive Growth in the U.S. Market: Identify, engage, and close enterprise-level opportunities across industries such as customer service, logistics, financial services, and healthcare.
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals from first outreach through negotiation and close.
- Consultative & Strategic Selling: Understand business challenges, develop tailored AI automation solutions, and quantify value delivered.
- Engage Senior Stakeholders: Build trusted relationships with executive and technical decision-makers to drive consensus and long-term adoption.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align client needs with Synthflow’s roadmap.
- Expand and Retain Accounts: Drive upsells, expansions, and renewals through strong relationship management.
