As an Enterprise Account Manager at Motive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and maintaining strong relationships within our Enterprise sales segment, focusing on U.S.-based customers with fleets ranging from 150 to 999 vehicles. This position combines strategic sales practices with proactive account management to ensure clients receive exceptional service while identifying opportunities for revenue expansion through upsells, cross-sells, renewals, and product adoption.

Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, proactively identifying client needs, resolving issues, and managing overall account health to drive retention and revenue growth. You will develop and implement strategic account plans that align with client goals, lead discovery calls, conduct product demonstrations, and monitor account health to address potential issues swiftly. Collaboration with internal teams, such as Sales Engineering, is essential to address technical inquiries and ensure smooth product integration and adoption.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and have over four years of SaaS sales experience in a customer expansion or account management role, preferably within a complex SaaS or technical sales environment. Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals, strong consultative sales methodology and negotiation skills, technical aptitude, and excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. A self-starter attitude, strong organizational skills, and a passion for continuous learning are also highly valued.

The on-target earnings for this role range from $150,000 to $170,000 USD, depending on location and experience.
