Enterprise Account Manager
As an Enterprise Account Manager at Wolt, you will be the primary point of contact for Poland's largest enterprise accounts, focusing on long-term growth and operational excellence. This role involves working across multiple layers of each organization, from central decision-makers to regional managers and local venues, to drive strategic scaling and enhance partner performance.
Your key responsibilities will include designing and executing multi-quarter growth roadmaps for your portfolio, leading commercial negotiations with senior stakeholders, and orchestrating complex, multi-solution plans utilizing Wolt's suite of products such as Wolt+, Ads, Drive, and Storefront. Additionally, you will analyze complex data sets to uncover growth opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and Product to ensure smooth execution of partner plans.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in account management, sales, strategy, consulting, or commercial roles with enterprise exposure. A strong understanding of P&L drivers and unit economics, proven ability to lead high-stakes negotiations, and a data-savvy mindset are essential. Proficiency in Polish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
