Enterprise Account Manager - Wolt Benefits
As an Enterprise Account Manager at Wolt Benefits, you will be instrumental in managing and expanding relationships with corporate clients. Wolt Benefits is a rapidly growing solution that enables companies to provide structured and flexible meal budgets for their employees, enhancing the overall employee experience. This role is pivotal in scaling a service that is redefining how Wolt serves its corporate partners.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of corporate clients, building strong relationships at senior levels, and ensuring mutual success. You will lead and manage company launches end-to-end, including planning and executing launch events, delivering employee and manager training sessions, and providing close guidance throughout the implementation process. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Support, and Operations teams to tailor solutions to client needs and ensure delivery excellence.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in account management, business development, or partnerships with B2B partners. Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of business dynamics, especially in B2B or partnership settings, are essential. Excellent relationship-building skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and proficiency in both Hebrew and English (spoken and written) are also required.
